A New View with IAI—Wonder Wedneday
It's WONDER Wednesday!
This week's WONDER is the power of a new view. We're thrilled to be working with Industrial Arts Institute's Cohort 20, a dynamic group of welders in training, ages 17-40. This week, the welders donned 3D glasses as a physical reminder to look beyond themselves as just one thing, but instead as noble employees and citizens.
GOING NOBLE ⚙️
IAI is committed to turning out highly trained welders who bring a commitment to community, citizenship, and workplace culture to their future jobs. IAI renewed its collaboration with TOPOnexus after last spring's successful pilot of the Noble Workforce Lab, a multi-week program designed to empower welders to articulate better their sense of self and their place in the world.
GOING BEYOND SKILLSET ⚙️
Welders who graduate from IAI bring a top-notch skillset, nimble mindset, and dedicated heartset to their work. These welders become assets to their workplace and communities by acting for the greater good.
GOING 3D ⚙️
